Return Eligibility

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Customized products, promotional items, gifts, freebies, and any products purchased from dealers or resellers (not directly from Josenart.com) are not eligible for return.

Prepare the Package – Pack securely in the original packaging, including all accessories.
Take Photos – Photograph the inside and outside of the package before shipping.

Notify Us – Email us your tracking number after shipping.
Processing – We process returns within 3–5 business days after receiving the item(s).
Refund – Refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to finalize the credit.
