I bought two, absolutely beautiful, crystal ceiling lampshades from this company. Their service is amazing, the products arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. I thoroughly recommend this company, if you want exceptional light fittings, then this is the place to shop. I will definitely be buying more from here soon.
The lamp itself looks nice installed, pretty standard. I just wish the delivery updates were clearer, didn't really know when it was arriving.
I put this ceiling light in my bedroom, and I'm quite pleased with it. The simple look is exactly what I wanted, and I like that it's not too bright when I turn it on at night. No problems with it so far.
The customization service was great, I really liked the chandelier but the chandelier shade was clear and I wanted a smoky grey shade, luckily it could be customized. For a little extra money, you can customize the style you want the most.
I recently bought a wall sconce from Josenart. I didn't have to wait too long to receive this wall sconce. Unfortunately, transportation issues resulted in damage to the accessories. I emailed Josenart's customer service center, and as soon as they were informed of the problem, they set up a replacement right away. I got the perfect wall sconce.
