Delivery time. Production & preparation: 3–10 business days. Sea shipping and local delivery: approximately 3–5 weeks after dispatch. Estimated total: approximately 4–7 weeks from order confirmation. Outside the U.S., some remote areas or customs clearance may add a few days.

Returns. 60-day returns for any reason, with a full refund — and we cover return shipping. Damage caused after delivery isn't covered.

Refusing a delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse it and ask the carrier for proof of the damage — this costs you nothing. If you've simply changed your mind, please accept the delivery and request a free return instead.
