Lost Package

Return Eligibility
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Customized products, promotional items, gifts, freebies, and any products purchased from dealers or resellers (not directly from Josenart.com) are not eligible for return.

How to Return
Contact Us – Email customerservice@josenart.com with your order number, items to return, and reason. Receive Instructions – We will provide the correct return address and packing guidelines. Prepare the Package – Pack securely in the original packaging, including all accessories. Take Photos – Photograph the inside and outside of the package before shipping. Ship – Use your preferred carrier. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the box. Notify Us – Email us your tracking number after shipping. Processing – We process returns within 3–5 business days after receiving the item(s). Refund – Refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to finalize the credit.
Exchanges
All exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.
Additional Notes
Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind shortly after placing your order and want to request for your order to be canceled/changed you can do so by emailing customerservice@josenart.com.
Please include your full name, order number, and email address within your request. Our Customer Service Specialists will check if it is possible to cancel or change your order before it is dispatched and if so, they will confirm your cancellation via email.
Cancellation and order changes due to customer remorse or incorrect purchase must be received within 24 hours after placing the order, we may not be able to change or cancel order processing.
As we work around the clock to dispatch orders as quickly as possible we may not always be able to cancel/change your order once it has been placed. If this is not possible you will need to return it to our warehouse once delivered for a refund.
