Prepare the Package – Pack securely in the original packaging, including all accessories. Take Photos – Photograph the inside and outside of the package before shipping. Ship – Use your preferred carrier. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the box. Notify Us – Email us your tracking number after shipping. Processing – We process returns within 3–5 business days after receiving the item(s). Refund – Refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to finalize the credit.

All exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.
Additional Notes
Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
